Biographies for the Officers and Directors for 2015

Michelle Harris (S) is a Senior Property Manager for REIT Management & Research LLC, a subsidiary of Senior Housing Properties Trust and is the on-site manager at First Insurance Center, a commercial office building situated on Ward Avenue. Michelle has over eight years in property management experience previously working for The Shidler Group and Colliers International. Michelle has her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.

Brennan C. Kalani Maika (S) is a Real Estate Asset Manager with Bank of Hawaii. He currently oversees a portfolio of owned and leased assets on the islands of Oahu, Kauai, Maui and Hawaii. Kalani was formerly a General Manager with CBRE, Inc., overseeing the Waikiki Trade Center, a 205,000 square foot office and retail center. Prior to joining CBRE, Kalani worked at Colliers International as a Senior Property Manager, where he managed a portfolio of commercial assets including the Central Pacific Plaza, a 233,000 square foot Class A office building located in Downtown Honolulu. He previously served as a director on the BOMA Hawaii Board in 2012 and 2013. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco where he received his Bachelors of Arts degree.

Carlie Woodward-Dela Cruz(S) joined The Shidler Group in 2006 where she has been involved with seven Shidler Group and Pacific Office Properties buildings. In February, 2011, fresh from receiving her real estate license, she became property manager for both the Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Center and the Pacific Business News Building. In October, 2013, she took an advantageous career opportunity with Bank of Hawaii as a Real Estate Asset Specialist for the Corporate Facilities Division Real Estate Group, which oversees the bank's portfolio. Carlie is an active community volunteer, having joined the board of directors for the influential Waikiki Improvement Association from 2011 through 2013 and continues to be a member of its Waikiki 20/20 planning committee. She also supports Special Olympics Hawaii by volunteering at their various events.

Sandra Bollozos-Fraticelli (S), is the General Manager of the prestigious Alii Place in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii. Sandra moved to Hawaii in 2007 to take the Operations Manager post at Pacific Guardian Center, another PMRG managed properties in downtown Honolulu. Previous to working for PMRG, Sandra was with Shorenstein Properties and then Cushman and Wakefield International managing 425 Market Street in San Francisco, California. Before her foray into managing class A, high-rise office buildings, Sandra managed a portfolio of mixed properties in the San Francisco Bay Area under Legacy Partners Commercial, then moved on as a Senior Real Estate Manager for CBRE International managing over 11 million square feet of R&D properties mostly in the Silicon Valley area. Sandra obtained her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in International Business-Marketing concentration at San Francisco State University. She is an active member of BOMA-Hawaii chapter and enjoys international travel and outdoor activities.

Dricka Thobois is a Building Scientist with Chelsea Group, Ltd. With over ten years of environmental consulting background and extensive experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) project administration. Dricka has provided LEED resource management to LEED Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance projects, LEED New Construction projects for Government, Commercial, and institutional properties; managing the project teams, and efficiently moving the LEED projects forward towards successful certification. Dricka has also assisted developers with review of design documents in association to local development requirements and LEED criteria. She was the LEED Project Administrator for the first LEED Commercial Interiors Platinum project and first LEED Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance Gold Recertification project to be awarded in the State of Hawaii. She has been part of the Chelsea Group team since 2011.

Jarrett Walters joined Hawaiian Building Maintenance in 2006 as director of Retail Operations. Prior to joining the company, he served as district manager for Mobile Instrument Service and Repair, where he was responsible for sales and repairs for surgical instruments and supplies. He is currently responsible for overseeing and managing operations staff, financial budgets and customer contracts while researching and implementing new products and technologies. He is also currently the President of the Board of Trustees for Palama Settlement, assisting with operations and fundraising. He earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton University and is a graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy.

Corinne Hiromoto CPM ®, is an Asset Manager with James Campbell Company, LLC, a private, Hawaii based, nationally diversified real estate company. Prior to joining James Campbell Company, LLC, Corinne was with PM Realty Group LLC as the General Manager of the prestigious Alii Place. Corinne obtained her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and continues to pursue other industry related education opportunities. She has been a BOMA member since 1994 and, in addition to serving as BOMA Hawaii’s President in 2009 and 2010, Corinne has chaired and served on various BOMA committees and held positions as President-Elect, Treasurer/Secretary and director on the BOMA board.

Tiera Covington, LEED AP is the Branch Manager for ABM Onsite Services. Tiera is responsible for the overall janitorial, engineering and electrical operations on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island. She began her career with ABM in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant and received various promotions to Office Manager, Project Manager for the Bank of Hawaii and her current position. Tiera also serves as an IT Specialist for the Hawaii Air National Guard.

Joshua Tokars is the General Manager of Armstrong Building Maintenance. This locally owned family business has operated in Hawaii for over 43 years. Joshua has over 14 years experience in the commercial janitorial field. As General Manager, Josh oversees the operations on Oahu, Maui and Kauai. Since becoming a BOMA Hawaii member in 2013, Josh has served on the social committee and assisted with the community service projects.
