Biographies for the Officers and Directors for 2014

Steven W. Sullivan (S) is the General Manager for Waterfront Plaza/ Restaurant Row (Shidler Pacific Advisors, LLC) a premiere Class A office and retail complex set amidst a lushly landscaped 6.88-acre campus containing 554,695 square feet with a 1,255 stall garage that occupies an entire city block in Honolulu's CBD. Steve formerly worked for CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (CBRE) as a Senior Property Manager for 9 years, where he managed, Waikiki Trade Center and assisted in the management of Harbor Court and One Main Plaza (Maui). Before joining CBRE; Steve worked for Chaney Brooks overseeing the operations of Waikiki' Landmark. He's currently serving his first term with Kaka'ako Improvement Association board of directors and is 2014 BOMA Hawai'i President. Steven was also a former board member for (3) years with the Waikiki' Improvement Association; Waikiki Ohana Workforce and served 4 years of honorable service with the United States Marine Corps.

Michelle Harris (S) is a Property Manager for REIT Management & Research LLC, a subsidiary of Senior Housing Properties Trust and is the on-site manager at First Insurance Center, a commercial office building situated on Ward Avenue. Michelle has over eight years in property management experience previously working for The Shidler Group and Colliers International. Michelle has her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.

Brennan C. Kalani Maika (S) is a General Manager at CBRE, Inc. and currently manages the Waikiki Trade Center, a 205,000 square foot office and retail center located in Honolulu, Hawaii. His responsibilities include fiscal oversight, owner and tenant relations, management of vendor services and property performance issues. Prior to joining CBRE, Kalani was a Senior Property Manager at Colliers International, overseeing a portfolio of commercial assets for institutional owner, Central Pacific Bank. His responsibilities included all aspects of facilities operation, tenant relation, lease and financial administration, as well as overseeing all building renovations as well as lease negotiations. He previously served as a director on the BOMA Hawaii Board in 2012 and 2013. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco where he received his Bachelors of Arts degree.

Corinne Hiromoto, CPM® is an Asset Manager with James Campbell Company, LLC, a private, Hawaii based, nationally diversified real estate company. Prior to joining James Campbell Company, LLC, Corinne was with PM Realty Group LLC as the General Manager of the prestigious Alii Place. Corinne obtained her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and continues to pursue other industry related education opportunities. She has been a BOMA member since 1994 and, in addition to serving as BOMA Hawaii’s President in 2009 and 2010, Corinne has chaired and served on various BOMA committees and held positions as President-Elect, Treasurer/Secretary and director on the BOMA board.

Jodi Webb works for Sofos Realty Corporation who specializes in investment sales and leasing. Prior to joining Sofos Realty Corporation, she was the Director of Business Development for GreenPath Technologies, Inc., a renewable energy solutions provider. While there she headed up Kumuwaiwai Kulohelohe, the non-profit holding entity for GreenPath. Jodi has vast knowledge in non-profit development and management, commercial construction. She received her BSBA in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University and her MBA from the University of Dallas.

Carlie Woodward-Dela Cruz joined The Shidler Group in 2006 where she has been involved with seven Shidler Group and Pacific Office Properties buildings. In February, 2011, fresh from receiving her real estate license, she became property manager for both the Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Center and the Pacific Business News Building. In October, 2013, she took an advantageous career opportunity with Bank of Hawaii as a Real Estate Asset Specialist for the Corporate Facilities Division Real Estate Group, which oversees the bank's portfolio. Carlie is an active community volunteer, having joined the board of directors for the influential Waikiki Improvement Association from 2011 through 2013 and continues to be a member of its Waikiki 20/20 planning committee. She also supports Special Olympics Hawaii by volunteering at their various events.

Douglas "Umi" Kai is the Associate General Manager at the Ward Centers under the Howard Hughes Corporation. He oversees the operations of 36 buildings within the Ward portfolio. He has over 8 years in the commercial real estate arena ranging from financing to building engineering to property management. He is a graduate of Florida International University where he received his Bachelors degree in Finance & Real Estate.

Raynard L. Marquina (S) RPA® is the District Manager for ABM Facility Services, Oahu Engineering Department. A BOMA Member since 2004, Ray has served as President in 2011, President Elect in 2010 and Director in 2009. Through his years in BOMA, he has been a contributing member to the Website, Membership, Golf and Legislative committees and was also a BOMA Foundations course instructor. Prior to joining ABM, Ray was a commercial office property manager for 8 years.

Jarrett Walters joined Hawaiian Building Maintenance in 2006 as director of Retail Operations. Prior to joining the company, he served as district manager for Mobile Instrument Service and Repair, where he was responsible for sales and repairs for surgical instruments and supplies. He is currently responsible for overseeing and managing operations staff, financial budgets and customer contracts while researching and implementing new products and technologies. He is also currently the President of the Board of Trustees for Palama Settlement, assisting with operations and fundraising. He earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton University and is a graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy.
