Marc Higuchi (S)
is the Asset Manager for Aloha Petroleum, Ltd., where he oversees and maintains the company's real estate property holdings statewide. Prior to Aloha, Marc served as a Real Estate Manager, managing a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties for various large commercial real estate firms, including CB Richard Ellis and Colliers Monroe Friedlander. He is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa and received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a double major in Management and Marketing.

Steven W. Sullivan (S)
is the General Manager for Waterfront Plaza (Shidler Pacific Advisors, LLC) a premiere Class A office and retail complex set amidst a lushly landscaped 6.88-acre campus containing 554,695 square feet with a 1,255 stall garage that occupies an entire city block in Honolulu's CBD. Steve formerly worked for CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (CBRE) as a Senior Property Manager for 9 years, where he managed, Waikiki Trade Center and assisted in the management of Harbor Court and One Main Plaza (Maui). Before joining CBRE; Steve worked for Chaney Brooks overseeing the operations of Waikiki Landmark. He's currently serving his first term with Kakaako Improvement Association board of directors; was a former board member for (3) years with the Waikiki Improvement Association; Waikiki Ohana Workforce and served 4 years of honorable service with the United States Marine Corps.

Michelle Harris (S)
is a Property Manager for REIT Management & Research LLC, a subsidiary of Senior Housing Properties Trust and is the on-site manager at First Insurance Center, a commercial office building situated on Ward Avenue. Michelle has over eight years in property management experience previously working for The Shidler Group and Colliers International. Michelle has her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.

Douglas "Umi" Kai
is the Associate General Manager at the Ward Centers under the Howard Hughes Corporation. He oversees the operations of 36 buildings within the Ward portfolio. He has over 8 years in the commercial real estate arena ranging from financing to building engineering to property management. He is a graduate of Florida International University where he received his Bachelors degree in Finance & Real Estate.

Brennan C. Kalani Maika (S)
is a Senior Property Manager at Colliers International. He has been in commercial real estate management since 2006 and currently manages a portfolio of properties including the Central Pacific Plaza and the Kapiolani Business Plaza. The Central Pacific Plaza and the Kapiolani Business Plaza. The Central Pacific Plaza is the only building in the State of Hawaii to earn the prestigious U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star award for nine consecutive years. He is currently serving his first term with BOMA Hawaii on the Board of Directors. He previously managed office buildings for institutional owner American Savings Bank. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco where he received his Bachelors of Arts degree.

Jarrett Walters
joined Hawaiian Building Maintenance in 2006 as director of Retail Operations. Prior to joining the company, he served as district manager for Mobile Instrument Service and Repair, where he was responsible for sales and repairs for surgical instruments and supplies. He is currently responsible for overseeing and managing operations staff, financial budgets and customer contracts while researching and implementing new products and technologies. He is also currently a Trustee for Palama Settlement, assisting with operations and fundraising. He earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton University and is a graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy.

Jon Tavares
is the head of Standard Parking's Hawaii Regional Office in Honolulu. Jon brings with him over 12 years of experience in strategic planning, new market identification and process improvement in the facility services industry. Jon served as Vice President of Marketing with Star Protection Agency, where he executed the marketing strategy for both the Hawaii and Pacific Northwest operations and directed all the outer island investigative and security operations. Additionally, Jon spent four years at American Building Maintenance (ABM), where he marketed and developed new business for ABM's building maintenance service accounts, asphalt maintenance and installation projects; served as the liaison for government purchasing agencies regarding municipal contracts; and oversaw the parking operations and cash handling for five major accounts. Jon serves on the Board of Directors for the Waikiki Improvement Association and is a past Board Member of the Hawaii Joint Police Association and the Seabury Hall Alumni Association. Jon is a graduate of Seabury Hall and Maui Community College and received his Bachelor of Arts from Truman State University.

Jodi Webb
works for Sofos Realty Corporation who specializes in investment sales and leasing. Prior to joining Sofos Realty Corporation, she was the Director of Business Development for GreenPath Technologies, Inc., a renewable energy solutions provider. While there she headed up Kumuwaiwai Kulohelohe, the non-profit holding entity for GreenPath. Jodi has vast knowledge in non-profit development and management, commercial construction. She received her BSBA in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University and her MBA from the University of Dallas.

Corinne Hiromoto, CPM®
is with PM Realty Group, a national full service commercial real estate company, as the General Manager of the prestigious Alii Place located in the heart of downtown Honolulu. Corinne obtained her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and continues to pursue other industry related education opportunities. She has been a BOMA member since 1994 and, in addition to serving as BOMA Hawaii's President in 2009 and 2010, Corinne has chaired and served on various BOMA committees and held positions as President-Elect, Treasurer/Secretary and director on the BOMA board.
